John Seard has over thirty years of sales, marketing, and business development experience throughout the Washington D.C metropolitan area, working with America’s leading Real Estate industry corporations. As a skilled entrepreneur, strategic planner, and group leader; John has demonstrated a consistent proven record of success and profitably managing company resources to develop and implement models that achieve desired objectives.

Mr. Seard believes strongly in exposing, fueling, and liberating the entrepreneurial quest in organizations and individuals. Focusing this energy on the realization of their goals and dreams has proven to be key in the successful development of the disciplines of strategic organizational planning, financial management, business development, consultation, and sales systems implementation in the real estate, construction, and financial services industries.

Mr. Seard will utilize his strategic acquisition, financial, planning and management experience to expand market presence to build and implement long range strategic plans.

John is currently a member of several real estate leading industry associations, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and M&A Source (M&A) and member of the Small Business Initiative of the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation.
